The pharmacokinetics of baclofen have been evaluated by repeated administration of oral baclofen tablets in healthy volunteers. In the same study, the area under the serum concentration-time curve (AUC) and maximum concentration of baclofen were also determined for healthy volunteers. In this study, the pharmacokinetic profile of baclofen was assessed in patients with acute interstitial nephritis and in a group of healthy volunteers. The pharmacokinetic results indicated that the pharmacokinetics of baclofen in patients with acute interstitial nephritis and in a group of healthy volunteers was dose-dependent and that the pharmacokinetics of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers were dose-dependent.

The pharmacokinetics of baclofen (B) in healthy volunteers has been evaluated using repeated administration of oral baclofen tablets in healthy volunteers. The AUC and Cmax values of baclofen, a drug that has been used for its initial and maintenance treatment of multiple sclerosis, have been reported to be 2.5–3.0 times higher than that of the usual dose of baclofen, which is generally administered in doses up to 4 g daily. In this study, the AUC and Cmax values were determined in healthy volunteers who were treated with oral baclofen tablets, while the results showed that the AUC and Cmax values were higher than that of baclofen in patients with interstitial nephritis. Therefore, the pharmacokinetic profile of baclofen in patients with acute interstitial nephritis and in a group of healthy volunteers is dose-dependent and the pharmacokinetic profiles of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers are dose-dependent.
Baclofen has been used as an antipyretic and muscle relaxant for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). The AUC and Cmax values of baclofen were 2.5 times higher than that of the usual dose of baclofen, which is generally administered in doses up to 4 g daily in a single dose. However, the AUC values of baclofen in patients with interstitial nephritis and a group of healthy volunteers are dose-dependent. The AUC and Cmax values of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers were higher than those of the group of patients with interstitial nephritis. Therefore, the AUC and Cmax values of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers are dose-dependent and the AUC and Cmax values of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers are dose-dependent. The pharmacokinetic profiles of baclofen in healthy volunteers were also determined.
The AUC and Cmax values of baclofen in healthy volunteers were higher than that in the interstitial nephritis group of patients. Therefore, the AUC and Cmax values were higher than that of baclofen in patients with interstitial nephritis. Therefore, the AUC and Cmax values were higher than that of baclofen in the interstitial nephritis group of patients. The pharmacokinetic profiles of baclofen in patients with a group of healthy volunteers were also determined.
The AUC and Cmax values of baclofen were increased in patients with acute interstitial nephritis and in a group of healthy volunteers.
